Swing in to Saltbar to try the delicious new Saltbar Bistro Menu!!

Designed by Executive Chef Mark McConnell, our new menu features fresh locally sourced fish, Coffin Bay oysters, traditional Italian osso bucco, tempura prawns, gourmet pizzas, burgers and pastas, a great variety of main courses, tasting plates and share platters.

For our “Saltbar Grill” we have sourced quality tender steaks from our partners at the Bedrock Gourmet Meat Company. Enjoy a tantalising selection of MSA rump, prime sirloin and rib fillet steak, served with thick chunky chips and salad, and your choice of sauce.

We also cater for the kids with a great value kids menu incorporating healthy options, as well as the good old favourites.

Reservations for bistro dining are taken for groups of 10-30 people - click here to request a booking.

Room charge is available for guests staying at the Salt Village resorts.

The Saltbar Bistro menu is also available as take away. For take away orders please call 1300 SALT BAR (1300 725 822).

As all meals are freshly prepared there may be a wait during peak and busy periods.

The Saltbar Bistro is open 7 days a week.

Lunch from 12pm - 3pm
Dinner from 5.30pm - 9pm
Coffee & Cake 10am - late
