Swing in to Saltbar to try the delicious new bistro menu!!

Designed by Executive Chef Mark McConnell, our new menu features light and healthy lunches, classic chicken burger, tasting plates, share platters and a delicious variety of starters and main courses.

For our Saltbar Grill we have sourced quality tender steaks from our suppliers so you can enjoy a tantalising selection of MSA rump, prime sirloin and rib fillet steak, served with thick chunky chips and salad, plus your choice of sauce.

And don’t worry, we’ve got the kids covered with a great value kids menu incorporating the good old favourites including pizza, nuggets, calamari and pasta for $7.90 each.

Room charge is available for guests staying at the Salt Village resorts.

The Saltbar Bistro menu is also available as take away. For take away orders please call 1300 SALT BAR (1300 725 822).

As all meals are freshly prepared there may be a wait during peak and busy periods.

Hours of Operation

The Saltbar Bistro is open 7 days a week and operates on NSW Daylight Saving Time (for QLD time minus one (1) hour).

Lunch from 12pm - 3pm
Dinner from 5.30pm - 9pm
Coffee & Cake 10am - late
