Our famous Salt Bistro is more popular than ever. Led by our executive chef, Drew Barr and his friendly team, you’ll find them serving up the hearty beachside fare seven days a week that has locals and visitors alike returning time and time again.


Some say the steaks are to die for while others swear we serve the best seafood platter on the beach. You be the judge.

Our quality meat is sourced from the finest purveyors including local beef, pork and free-range chicken.

Our menu features all the pub classics such as the Parmi well as a changing selection of local and seasonal favourites such as seafood platters and fresh oysters, plus delicious kids meals. Of course we also serve dietary options such as veggie, gluten free – even our chips are gluten free!

One thing’s for certain, you’ll find great value across the delicious menu to suit any taste and budget including a variety of popular meals for under $20.

Room charge is available for guests staying at the Mantra on Salt Beach, Peppers Salt Resort and Spa and Peppers Bale Salt resorts.*
